INKROLLER
The most used in the world
What is Inkroller?
Porous synthesized thermoplastic with high mechanical resistance, linked to a reservoir in its core that stores special, fast-drying oily ink.
Due to the material's characteristic porous cellular structure , it allows the ink to be released uniformly .
For these reasons, ink rollers are able to print at high speeds , with sharpness and greater durability among all daters available on the world market.
How it works?
The wall thickness of the roller body determines the flow rate of ink from the reservoir to the outer wall.
With the proper pressure of the set (20 grams per millimeter), the ink release on the paper will be consistent and the inkroller will have a long service life, as there is no maintenance and industrial production becomes uninterrupted.
Pharmaceutical companies use it to print expiration dates on boxes
of medicines.
Shelf-life and precautions
Packed in polyethylene bags, ink rollers should not be stored for more than 7 months, as an ink activator was introduced at the time of production.
This activator changes the viscosity of the ink, so after 7 months the coloring and drying tend not to work properly.
Certificate
The inks used are free of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium and mercury IV.
